Then order now and start raking in consistent profits while managing your eBay business more effectively. These little-known formulas are working for countless numbers of PowerSellers, and they will work for you too.
Just imagine, how much easier running your business will be, when you have the tool hundreds of eBay Sellers are already using with phenomenal success.
Find Your Profit™ is a system that will keep you in complete control of your business by helping you retrieve the hard-to-find, eye-opening numbers that really matter - profit and cash flow.
This revolutionary software is enriching a growing number eBay sellers with a competitive, winning edge by enlightening them with knowledge that was unknown to many eBayers before them.
I would like to tell you a quick story about the creation of Find Your Profit™. When I made the decision to develop a real online business using eBay as the vehicle, it quickly became obvious there was not a reasonably priced complete accounting solution designed specifically for eBay businesses.
At first, I was sure that Selling Manager Pro provided by eBay would be the answer, so I immediately became a subscriber.
In case you don't know, Selling Manager Pro is an outstanding tool eBay sellers can subscribe to for managing their business. I consider it a very useful product and it is highly recommended, but it allows for no customization.
One quick example, in the Reporting View, it gives you a Total Gain (Net Profit) number. This extremely important figure is only derived from Total Revenue, Item Cost, and eBay fees. Also, disappointingly, there is no place to enter your own numbers from other companies you deal with regularly.
Selling Manger Pro Just Wasn't Doing the Job, I Was
Craving a Solution That Was Much More Robust
In the end, there were too many important expenses not accounted for, such as PayPal fees, monthly services, other auction revenue, and a multitude of other miscellaneous costs that you have. I quickly realized that as useful and wide ranging as Selling Manager Pro is, there seems to be an immense amount of reporting and customization tools missing. I wanted a True Rolling P&L Spreadsheet, one just like real businesses use.
A software solution that I could plug my sales and costs into, and find out my profit and cash flow for a period of time. Accounting and management software for a reasonable price that was created for eBay and PayPal.
Most of us ordinary folks, think profit and cash flow are the same thing. This simply is not the case. Because eBay collects the fees you incur 30 days after they are due, your cash flow and profit vary greatly from month to month depending on your activity. If you want eBay to be a business, instead of a hobby, these are the numbers to know, follow, and track carefully.

For example, say your eBay Fees Incurred in September were $25, and your eBay Fees Incurred in October were $250. Generally, in typical business accounting, the eBay Fees Incurred would count against your profit, while the eBay Fees Paid would count against your cash flow. Therefore, in September your profit would be greater than your profit in October, but your cash flow in October would only take a $25 hit, because you would not pay the $250 until November. Make sense? Also, in the real world, your eBay Fees Incurred would be recorded as Accounts Payable on your Profit and Loss Sheet.
Besides true business accounting, there were also a few ratios that I wanted to track. Factors like Average Cost per Listing, Average Profit per Item Sold, and Average Daily Sales. Once again, incredible gauges for determining the strength and momentum of your business.
Unhappy with the other products I had found, I decided to create my own. Having used Microsoft Excel for many years, and with extensive knowledge in accounting and business management, I put together the formulas that would track all of my income and expenses while producing the numbers that really mattered - profit and cash flow.
