Coaching really makes a difference to people's lives.

It enables people to fulfil their potential and get rid of the "should's" and "maybes" that often haunt the likes of you and I on a daily basis.

I founded the Studio to provide an easy way for Coaches to have an invaluable resource for building their business and for those of you that are interested in finding out more about the business and how to become one.

To do what you love and get paid for it is a bonus in my eyes! And that is exactly what you do when you join this ever increasing industry. It's still in it's infancy in the UK but it is well established in the USA.

Through my own successful practise it has enabled me to travel the world and work with some truly remarkable people. From Hollywood stars through to the unemployed and from football stars through to the executive who needs to get balance in his life - you name it and I have come across it!

With so much information on the internet you can become overwhelmed with it all - hence I have put everything under one roof - a one stop shop!
