feeling that nobody should have to deal with, but unfortunately
it is very common.
I
do not claim to have a cure for depression or that I can help
everyone. I do however have a method that may help you take control
over how you feel, and give you a good chance of removing depressing
feelings once and for all.
Many
are using medication to control depression. I don't say that is
wrong. Many people feel better when they take medication for their
depression. But, many would like to feel good and not depressed
without taking any medication. I've seen many, after learning
my method, doing great without medication.
My
name is Thomas Sandberg. I'm from Norway but I now live in USA.

Ok,
here we go: Do you want to be happy? Do you like the way you feel
when you are happy? I’m sure you do. Life is so much better
when you’re happy, isn't it? I ask this rather obvious question
because when you have a desire to change your present state of
mind you are an excellent candidate for my method.
Have
you ever wondered why so many people are unhappy? And why so many
can't find a way to become happy when they want it so much? Millions
are struggling with this daily, but few understand how
to free themselves from being unhappy. I will give you
one effective way to break out of this trap.

We
know what a wonderful feeling it is to be happy. The good news
is that you have a choice. You can control how
you want to feel. You can decide if you want to be happy
or sad! You just need to understand how!
You
already have the power to do this!
Just
apply a simple technique that you can learn in a few minutes.
When you know how, you will be able to quickly end any
sad feelings and start feeling good. Imagine being back
on track in seconds and feel great! It's almost works like a switch.
"You
are only depressed when you know you are depressed".
As long as you can say to yourself "I feel depressed,"
you can do this!
Try
this:
Look
at DEPRESSION as a “FEELING”
and this feeling as a “SIGNAL” telling
YOU to take action (ACT)!
When
a particular event or situation makes you feel depressed, you
are getting a signal to do something about it..ACT!.
That is what the “feeling of depression” is trying
to do...telling (signaling) you that something is wrong
and you need to do something about it.
This is a part of your body’s defense and alert
system. It is something we all have, and it is there
to help us!
Your body does not like to feel depressed! It wants
you to ACT and end it. It needs your help.
To
illustrate this better:
If
you touch the flame from a candle, you will feel pain. This pain
is a signal for you to ACT!
You act on this by removing your hand from the flame.
You LEARN from this experience that touching the candle flame
causes pain so you will not do that again.

Now
replace the candle above with an EVENT that makes you feel DEPRESSED.
Replace pain above with the feeling of DEPRESSION.
The feeling of DEPRESSION originating from a
“bad” EVENT is a SIGNAL for you to ACT!

Whatever makes you feel depressed you must do something
about. Then you must LEARN not to do it again.
The
feeling of pain and the feeling of depression are part of the
same defense and alert system that we all have and
need to listen to. It does not matter if the
feeling is physical on mental ... they are both signals
and must be acted upon correctly.
BUT.... here
is where many go wrong:
Whenever
they experience an EVENT that makes them feel DEPRESSED, they
fail to ACT correctly on the signal. They accept the
signal (the feeling of depression) as a condition, not
as a SIGNAL, so wrongfully they try to find ways to treat
the signal.
They ACT on the DEPRESSION by trying to fix the feeling of DEPRESSION,
not the EVENT. DEPRESSION is just the messenger. It is
not the cause. You need to act on the EVENT. "Don't kill
the messenger!"

Back to the
candlelight flame example:
Most
people would not try to find ways to “deal
with” the feeling of pain from the flame. They know that
removing the hand will get rid of the pain - they act
on the event not the feeling. You
could drug yourself with painkillers in an attempt to tolerate
the pain, but that would not make any sense.
Some people attempt "treating" the “feeling of
depression” by taking drugs or medication, going to therapy
etc. Unfortunately, these often turn out to be short-term
solutions. If you take drugs to NOT feel depressed you
are not doing yourself much good since you are not addressing
the EVENT that caused the feeling of depression.
You may feel better, but when the effect of the drugs weakens,
you need more and soon you may find yourself taking higher dosages
since the body often adapt to these types of medication.
Therapy
does sometimes help. But, often after therapy is over the feeling
of depression reappears, because in therapy you often confront
the EVENTS that cause you to feel depressed, and then try to make
these EVENTS “good”. That may work for a
short time.
To change an event that you feel bad about into a good event is
difficult and usually does not work in the long run.
That would be as if you tried to make the pain you feel from the
candlelight a good event that you could handle and live with…something
that would not go well with most people.
Many
experience an added frustration with themselves when they are
unable to make a bad event acceptable or good. They feel they
failed and that feeling often enhances the feeling of depression,
and that's not what we want.
I
will show you how you ACT correctly on the EVENTS and LEARN from
these experiences, so when you feel the depression coming
on, you know exactly what to do.
This
will make YOU in charge of any EVENT that causes you to feel depressed.
I will give you the tools and knowledge to get out of
"the feeling of depression" immediately.
You
will be able to apply this to ANY EVENT or SITUATION
that triggers the feeling of depression. When you know
this, depression can no longer control you.
To
recognize how you feel, and how to act, is the key to control
depression and stay happy.
Anybody
can learn this simple technique. It takes no
special knowledge of psychology or psychiatry. In fact,
some professionals have a hard time accepting this technique as
a helpful tool to control depression and unhappiness. The answer
is too simple for them. But, it is an answer you will
easily understand and be able to apply to you. And it
has worked for thousands of others.
You
can apply this immediately and feel the results seconds later.
I
know this may sound too good to be true, but this really works
for a lot of people, and I say this from personal experience and
from helping many others. I was a mess, always worried about things.
I wasted so much time!
Learning this technique 20 years ago changed that, and made my
life so much easier. I never worry anymore and I am so much more
productive and focused.
I
want to make one thing clear; this is not based
on affirmations or any religion. It does not matter what your
personal beliefs are....this works for everybody.
You
will also be able to teach this technique to anyone affected by
depression that wants happiness and is willing to listen. You
can change many lives and they will forever be thankful to you.
It’s a tremendous feeling to make someone else happy. Teach
this to your kids and they will grow up in happiness and joy.
I teach this to kids 8-10 years and up. They are my favorite students
and they fully understand this and can apply it easily. (See note

you do not need to read a huge book to acquire this ability.
It only takes about 10-15 minutes. I predict this will

What

and personal life will benefit greatly. People will see
you as a happy person, and you know the positive effect happy
people have on you. Everyone enjoys being around a happy
person.
Your days will also become more productive, your
business life will prosper and improve since you will get so much
more accomplished.
Think
about all the time and energy you waste being depressed and unhappy.

what difference that will make in your life.
