Dr Jeannette Kavanagh Consultant and Solutions-Oriented Counsellor
Please take a moment to listen
to my personal welcome.
Cheers, Jeannette.
The first truth I've found is that people who experience uncomfortable levels of
anxiety and/or panic episodes have certain characteristics in common. My findings have been confirmed by extensive research.
Profile of a person who has anxiety, panic attacks and/or agoraphobia
Depending on who’s counting and what definitions they’re using, tens or even hundreds of millions of people worldwide have levels of anxiety
they don’t like. For instance, you probably know already that fear of public speaking is the number one fear for human beings. In fact, many
comedians have made the joke that "this means that most people would rather be in the coffin than be required to deliver the eulogy."
So performance anxiety is very, very common. However, it’s not at all funny for the person who has that fear of public speaking, especially if
making presentations is a vital part of her/his job. Sometimes, having to speak in public is the only time a person experiences those dreadful
anxiety symptoms. Even so, it’s better to be able to manage that fear than have to live with it.
So you know that if you have anxiety, and out-of-the-blue attacks of panicky feelings amounting to sheer terror at times, you know that you’re
not alone.
Maybe you don’t know this. People who have troubling levels of anxiety and episodes of panic have certain characteristics in common. Research
has shown that they’re likely to be:
Above average in intelligence. As you’ll learn in my Calming Words program you can use that intelligence to keep your
anxiety going. Or…you can use it positively, to eliminate anxiety’s negative impact on your life.
Creative in all aspects of your life. That includes the way you raise your children; speak to your neighbours; design a new
algorithm for a computer program; cook a meal; or analyse what you see on the evening news. You may be following a career in art, Web design,
fashion, music, acting and writing, – including journalism,. Your creativity may also have manifested in engineering, architecture, Law and
teaching. And that’s by no means the end of the list.
Highly sensitive to your surroundings, including the people in your life. That makes you a caring person when you apply that
sensitivity positively. It can make you a hypochondriac if you focus your sensitivity inwards and hypercritical if you don’t manage your
hyperawareness.
Someone who takes time and care with details. That means that you’ll follow through on my program and succeed as everyone else has
done. It can make you a bit of a perfectionist and although you’re close to it, no one is perfect… except my Mum.
A loyal, loving and forgiving friend. Often because you’ve had to rely on friends and family to help you through some of your
anxious moments, you appreciate your friends more than most. I’ve worked with many people to help them through their anxiety issues and I’ve
never found any of those clients to be mean-spirited or self-serving. Can’t say the same about all my other clients. Then again, I am not
suggesting that my client base is a properly controlled empirical study. I’m merely reporting my observation that sometimes an edge of anxiety
gives a person an endearing touch of humility conspicuously missing in the ultra confident.
No. I’m not trying to suggest that we should all try to cultivate higher levels of anxiety!! I simply need you to know, in case
you don’t, that having anxiety about anything, including public speaking, does not mean that you’re a less interesting, exciting, and special
person, than your best friend who seems to breeze through life.
Nor do you have a rare illness or a disorder. You are very human, and very well.
Get rid of your troubling anxiety NOW by using my totally new concept in anxiety solutions.
If you’re inappropriately anxious to the point of panicking about going out, or about sitting in a crowded movie theatre,
giving a presentation at school or work, then your normal anxiety is in need of management. Based on my research and my experience helping
thousands of people to overcome their fear of public speaking and other forms of anxiety, I know that Calming Words will eliminate that problem
from your life.
I know that you don’t like being anxious and even terrified to go shopping at the Mall.
I’ve worked successfully with a great variety of people over the past twenty years, to help them to manage that out-of-control
side of their normal and natural anxiety.
Calming Words:The best of the best -
ALL the proven strategies in one kit
Calming Words is totally original. It’s a collection in one easy-to-read kit of ALL the best and most successful
approaches to managing your anxiety, panic attacks and phobias.
The next two fundamental truths about anxiety and panic attacks are that:
1. THERE IS NO ONE KNOWN CAUSE OF ANXIETY, PANIC ATTACKS, AGORAPHOBIA AND
OTHER PHOBIAS
and the related truth is that:
2. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS THE CURE FOR ANXIETY and PANIC ATTACKS.
Let me be very clear. If you’ve been having episodes of uncontrolled panic for weeks, or years, of course you can escape from that state. You
can do that easily. You can certainly do it without spending any money at all.
Part of the truth about anxiety and panic attacks is that there is no one way to manage them that works for every person. There
are many approaches, all of them effective. But none is effective for everyone.
Calming Words is a new concept in anxiety and panic control
Having discovered that no one approach works for everyone, I produced Calming Words. It's a self-help kit which is a collection
of all the strategies which have proved successful worldwide. Instead of offering you one cure, one approach, Calming Words brings you ALL the techniques and strategies that have allowed people to move from all forms of anxiety, back to calm and confidence. That was
even when the fear and performance anxiety was at a paralysing level where, in a couple of cases, people had given up what they loved most:
their music performance career.
Through all my wonderful clients I learned that very important truth about anxiety and panic attacks: one size does not fit all.
What works for you, may not work for anyone else.
Why settle for one cure, when you can have it all!!?
My Calming Words self-help
kit provides:
An e-book containing ALL the best ways to de-stress even the most frantic person. One entire section of the book is devoted to ways to
conquer your anxiety, phobias and/or panic attacks.
Two downloadable audio files:
Meditation Magic is my 15 minute audio that will guide you gently to your calm centre, so that you can meditate. I created
this MP3 for all of you who say "I just can't get that meditation thing. I'm too hyped up!" This audio makes it as simple as it should be,
and as pleasant as you need it to be so that you'll do it. Through meditation, even for 15 minutes each day, you'll replenish your store of
inner peace and calm. More importantly, you will learn to use your meditation as 'time out' from all the demands of your 21st century life.
That immediately gives you greater strength to minimise the impact of stress on your entire system.
No approach to eliminating anxiety, episodes of panic or phobias can work on a body that is tense with stress. Meditation takes care of you
in a profound yet subtle way. Even those of you who've tried meditation and just couldn't do it, will succeed with Meditation Magic.
Relax on Cue is an audio you’ll use every evening before going to sleep. In that audio, I take you to a state of total
relaxation. Once you’re sublimely relaxed you will use a physical cue, a signal, to tell your subconscious mind that whenever you use that
cue in the future, you’ll return to that totally relaxed state.
What's the #1 killer today?
If you answered heart disease, you're only partly right. The real #1 killer is the biggest contributor to heart disease: stress.
No. I don't just mean the stress of running a huge company, or looking after four children in a loving and supportive way. I
mean the subtle almost unacknowledged stress of everyday life in this wonderful time in history. Every single image you see and hear every day
is a form of stress - a stimulant to be processed by your brain. Yes, some of those stimulants are wonderfully enjoyable. But even the most
beautiful movie puts stress on your human system. Just remember: only a few hundred years ago, your ancestors probably never ever saw even
one visual image in their lives. Those who did may have seen some paintings in their place of worship. Most of them couldn't read and only
the extremely wealthy ever had access to books.
Today? This very day? How much stimulation have you given your brain? I love being alive and well and living in the 21st
century. I go to the movies every ten days or so. I visit art galleries, and I even watch a couple of hours of television each week. I'm not
suggesting that we all run away and live on a desert island. What I am saying, is that we are all in need of calming down. We all need to give
our brains and our bodies a total rest. That goes for you, even if you don't have troubling levels of anxiety or episodes of panic.
My Relax on Cue MP3 is guaranteed to provide you with access to the most powerful anti-fear tool you have, your subconscious.
An added bonus of this strategy is that it will certainly help you to sleep like a baby. You can download
Relax on Cue here for no cost, as a way to test-drive just some of what you’ll find in my program. If a message says
‘Action Cancelled’ just ignore it. The audio will still open and it can be saved to your computer and converted to CD format so that you can
listen to it each evening before you drift off to sleep.
Calming Words is a combination
of all the successful ways to identify and manage stress, anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia and other phobias.
Money Back Guarantee. . .
- NO RISK GUARANTEE -
If after using the Calming Wordsself-help kit you are not
completely satisfied, just send me an e-mail within 60 days, and you will receive a full refund. No questions asked. If you’re not happy
with Calming Words, I don’t want your money.
Over the past couple of decades I’ve read some wonderful books, and listened to great audios about de-stressing, finding calm,
overcoming anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia and other phobias.
The one shortcoming was that they all tended to focus only on the one therapeutic paradigm or model used by the author(s). In Calming
Words and in my counselling practice I focus on solutions, so I’m open to new and innovative approaches – so long as they work
for that particular client.
I do absolutely love the
Emotional Freedom Techniques™ (EFT) - an approach I only discovered in the last couple of years. Click on the links
and find out more about that wonderfully liberating approach. As far as I’m concerned, it’s nothing short of miraculous, and my clients have had
great success with it. Even though I think it’s marvellous and simple and it’s something you can do yourself without paying lots of money to a
counsellor, I still don’t want to focus my entire self-help kit on EFT. Why? Because my experience over the past twenty years is, as I’ve said:
no one approach to anxiety panic attacks and phobias works for everyone.
In the research I have undertaken to produce this kit, in the investment I’ve made to write the book, record my two MP3 and to
launch my Calming Words website, I had only one aim:
To provide you with solutions to managing the destructive impacts of anxiety, panic attacks and phobias.
One size does not fit all
The whole idea behind Calming Words is that it provides you with a smorgasbord of approaches. Some people find Cognitive
Behaviour Therapy (CBT) just right - for them. Many of the people I've worked with find it too mechanistic and unimaginative.
Meditation: a time to recharge your store of inner peace
I practise meditation myself every day and have done for decades. I'm at a stage where I couldn't survive without my half hour
of … 'alone time' or 'recharging time'. I do recommend that you build meditation into your life - even if you've never had an episode of panic
and even if your anxiety levels are fine. It helps to counter the 21st century madness of constant noise, information overload, impossible
deadlines, children crying and dinners being burnt.
A few times along the way, I've stopped my daily meditation for a week or three. I go back because its beneficial effects are so
noticeable. As soon as I start my daily meditation again my energy levels increase and my tolerance for all those niggly things in life is back
to what I call normal. Without my 'recharge time', the many sources of stress in our busy lives really get to me.
I'll stop there on meditation but in Calming Words I don't suggest that it's all you need to manage your anxiety.
The idea that there's one, and only ONE CURE, is misleading
Just prior to editing, I sent my self-help kit Calming Words to Dr R Reid Wilson, the Director of the Anxieties.com website. Dr Wilson is one of the world’s pre-eminent experts in the
field of anxiety and panic attacks, so of course I’d quoted his marvellous work – including his written and graphic explanation of The Panic
Cycle, and how fear of fear keeps you locked in that cycle. I sent him my work because I wanted to make sure that I hadn’t misrepresented his
views. He kindly assured me that I hadn’t, but he took time to point out that in the unedited draft, I’d used the word “cure” as a section
heading adding: “that it is best not to overreach by implying that if you follow this you will be cured. I never use the word.” In fact, he went
on to explain why: because his experience had been that panic attacks and other types of anxiety often recur. Not always, but they can and do
recur.
I took the word “cure” out of the title: it would have been deleted in the editing phase because it was probably just my shorthand way to
organise the sections of the self-help kit. I mention Dr Wilson’s comments because they’re not throwaway comments from a new chum on the block
who came through his own panic attacks and decided to sell that “cure” to the world. If you haven’t done so already, please consider
going to Anxieties.com to read his very impressive CV and to find his equally
impressive FREE information and self-help program.
It’s far more helpful to provide people with ways to deal with their feelings of anxiety panic and fear than to suggest that “you’re cured.
Conversation over. You’re cured. You’ll never feel that again.”
On that website you’ll notice that that word of caution about using the word “cure” is from the man who designed and served as lead
psychologist for American Airlines' first national program for the fearful flier. That highly successful and acclaimed program helped many
passengers to overcome their fear of flying.
Yes, Dr Wilson has worked with many people to help them to find peace from their anxiety and panic attacks. And peace they’ve found.
Interestingly, unlike some of the commercial sites selling panic attack cures he doesn’t say that he’s “cured” 31,000 or 23,000– or indeed any
number. However, his follow-up evaluation data and research worldwide indicate that many people who manage their panic attacks in their
early twenties experience them again in late middle age. The data don’t lie. That happens. Dr Wilson’s approach means that if the “panic
monster” rears its ugly head again, the person can regain her/his equilibrium quickly – without thinking: “Oh no. I’m a failure. I thought I was
cured and now I’m feeling those panicky feelings again.”
Do you need more information about proven treatments for anxiety?
I assume that you’re searching on the Internet because you’re keen to know more about anxiety, panic, panic attacks,
agoraphobia and other phobias. Maybe you have an assignment to write; a friend or relative who has recently started to have
disturbing attacks of anxiety or panic. You may have those episodes of racing pulse, dry throat, and churning stomach yourself.
Whatever your motivation, you’ll find help and information in Calming Words. Download one of those MP3s here
If you missed the chance earlier on this site, save
Relax on Cue to your computer, convert it to a CD and listen to it each night. I know that that CD will be a great source of help
to you.
I’m so sure that you will be happy with Calming Words, that I offer a
money-back absolute guarantee: If in the first 60 days, you don’t feel this self-help kit is worth what you paid for it, I want you
to let me know, and I'll cheerfully refund your money.
I truly believe that Calming Words will make a big impact on your life because
the strategies in it are time-tested. If you invest in only one resource this year to eliminate anxiety, panic and phobias,
Calming Words should be it.

How I came to produce Calming Words
When my career took me into the public domain of having to make speeches at graduation ceremonies, or to industry groups, I decided to improve
my public speaking skills by doing evening courses. Those classes promised the world and delivered very little. They varied in quality from fair
to terrible, so I decided to design and run the sort of public presentation and public speaking course I wished I’d been able to attend. My
public speaking seminars included useful and practical information which had been missing from classes I’d attended.
Because I was so busy, I could only run about four of those public speaking skills seminars a year. They actually changed my life.
Why?
Through many of those participants, I began to learn about anxiety generally and performance anxiety in particular. They knew how
to prepare and they did that well, they’d picked up tips in my seminars about pitch and pacing and planning. But…they remained frozen with
fear when they even thought about presenting their speech in public.
By the end of my course they felt confident that the content and delivery style of their talk was fine. But their anxiety and downright panic
about delivering it was often overwhelming.
I’d always experienced the normal and natural ‘butterflies in the tummy’. They helped me to put more effort into my presentations than I might
have done without that edge. This was different.
After the very first seminar, I enlisted the help of psychologists and together we devised strategies to help participants to overcome their
biggest obstacle: their fear of public speaking. From that time on, I’ve been fascinated with the subject and started my reading.
So, after all those years of working through performance anxiety, stage fright or downright stage terror, with participants in my public
speaking skills seminars and in my counselling and coaching, I decided to compile a self-help kit containing ALL the proven ways to manage
anxiety which had worked for clients. I was so busy with my consultancy and counselling practice, that the idea of a self-help kit stayed as
an idea for …well for years. In 2004, I decided ‘this is it!’. At the very least, I’d begin my research and start organising material.
So there you have it. How I came to produce Calming Words.
While I was working a sixty hour week in a totally unrelated role, I made time to run my first little seminar on public speaking
skills… and the rest, as they say, is history.
What people are saying about Calming Words
Clare, a young woman living in rural Victoria in Australia wrote:
"Thanks Dr Kavanagh for such a great kit. A couple of years ago, out of the blue I'd started feeling really
anxious. I had all the symptoms that you describe as panic attacks.
I got to a point where I didn't want to go out anywhere in case I got those feelings again. The local doctor is great but he really didn't
seem to understand. The other thing is that there are no counsellors around here, so I was feeling very depressed about it all. My husband
Steve was really understanding. But as you point out in the e-book, that wasn't necessarily what I needed, because his understanding helped
me to avoid things which I thought might bring on more panic attacks.
After a year or so, I realised that I was almost a prisoner in my own home. I
finally told my Mum about it and the short version of that bit is that she told my aunt who found your kit on the Internet. My Aunt Hilary
said I had nothing to lose by at least trying it and she was right - as usual. I just wanted to say that I'm grateful for your help in
getting me to take myself by the hand and to gradually confront my fears. It was difficult. But it's been worth it. I feel all the things
you said I might feel on my journey out of anxiety and the panic attacks. I do feel courageous, and I am."
CLARE McA WARRAMBOOL, VICTORIA
Dr Claire Weekes’ advice about panic attacks
Given my background and academic qualifications, I started Calming Words in a fairly traditional way – reading the latest articles and books
and re-reading some classics in the anxiety panic phobia field. In particular I enjoyed re-reading the books by the late Dr Claire Weekes the
highly respected Australian General Practitioner. Her books are immensely useful and very accessible because they’re written for non-medical
people. Her advice was to:
accept your racing pulse and all other symptoms of your episodes with panic, your symptoms of fear;
invite them to do their very worst rather than fight or tense up against them.
Accept the symptoms and float with your feelings of panic instead of
tensing up and fighting them.
Tensing up against your feelings of fear only intensifies those feelings. Look at those words – tense, tensing
and intensify. It makes sense at every level to do the opposite of what is a fairly natural and normal response: instead of tensing and
fighting, float and accept.
Learning to accept those admittedly frightening and unpleasant feelings, letting them do their worst and not fighting them achieves the
opposite. Accepting makes your feelings of fear diminish and disappear.
The “Panic Trick”
Claire Weekes and many other practitioners in the field of medicine, psychology, psychiatry knew and wrote about what we can term the “panic
trick”. How panic tricks you into thinking you’re in danger and how it perpetuates itself. Dr David Carbonell uses that term throughout his very
useable and useful book “Panic Attacks Workbook: A guided program for beating the panic trick”. Incidentally, as you’ll read in Calming
Words, Dr Carbonell is the Director of the Anxiety Treatment Center. If you live in Schaumburg, Illinois and you want a one-to-one coach
to help you with your anxiety, you can contact Dr Carbonell through his website:
anxietycoach.com. No. I don’t know Dr Carbonell and I most assuredly do not receive payment for recommending that you read his book, or
after reading his website material, that you contact him.
Dr Weekes’ sage and simple advice remains the cornerstone of so many approaches to managing panic and anxiety today.
If you fuel your feelings of panic when the adrenaline-induced symptoms arrive, that is, if you tense up against your fear and fight the
symptoms, it stands to reason that your panic will increase.
I’m sure that you'll find Dr Wilson’s book helpful to overcome your fear of the fear symptoms in your panic attacks.

David Brady who's an Australian living in Tokyo has tried the kit and had this to say:
"It's a fifth of the price of other products on the Internet, but it's easily ten times as good. Believe me, I've tried them. And I only
say it's ten times better because it's quick to read , good to listen to and easy to follow. I don't have time for 10,000 steps to follow
and fifty audio CD's. That's a bit of an exaggeration, but Calming Words really gets to the point and gets there quickly. As a man, I like
that.
I used your quick-fix trick in Section Five, and I was very surprised to find that something that simple actually works. I'm only five weeks
into the course but already I'm calmer and more positive, about myself and about my ability to escape this monkey on my shoulder. The other
thing I like? You don't say I'll never have anxiety again. In fact, you make sure we realise how important it is to have some anxiety in our
lives. What Calming Words does is let me manage it so it doesn't manage me. Thank you so much for a fantastic kit."
DAVID BRADY, TOKYO.
And this is from Frank Young in New York
"It's great. When I first read about another resource on how to beat stress, anxiety and panic attacks I thought that it would be one too
many. I bought it to help me through my exams and a few other things that make me anxious. I can honestly say that this kit is different.
The downloadable audios are wonderful even for people who don't have major problems with anxiety or panic. I love the Oz accent.
And It's great that you offer the self-hypnosis audio and the guided meditation as part of the kit."
So what about you? Why are YOU so afraid, so terrified?
Read through the following questions. Answer yes, or no, then tally up the number of yes answers and write it on a piece of paper.
Have you ever felt fearful, anxious or downright terrified and panic-stricken when there was no good reason to have those feelings – no
sabre toothed tiger rushing at you?
Are you one of the growing numbers of people who often has a feeling of fear amounting to terror? Go on. Tell it like it is. You often
feel TERRIFIED. Your stomach churns, your pulse is racing and your hands are sweating. And as for your voice, well, that’s gone. You feel like
you just want to escape. Escape from what, you’re not too sure, but you want to get away from wherever you are:
the queue at the supermarket checkout,
the cinema,
a concert, even a concert with your favourite band
the bus, train or tram,
Do you sometimes, or all of the time, feel uneasy, just a bit nervous, when you have to meet new people? Even at the pub or at a party,
but especially somewhere more formal like at a new workplace. If that’s you, then I produced Calming Words for you.
Are you fed up trying to cope by avoiding places in which you feel uneasy? Either that or you only go to those places after you have
self-medicated with alcohol, dope, or
prescription tranquillisers? Or all three!!?
Are you tired of feeling sick, anxious and filled with panic any time you’re even asked to make a public presentation? Even a little
farewell speech for Betty who’s leaving work, or maybe a thank-you speech at your own birthday party?
Are you really sick, and really tired, of having to restrict what you do, and how you do things?
like only going to restaurants if they’re almost empty, or
always having to sit on the aisle when you go to the movies, or
just not going to parties at all.
If you answered YES to more than three of those questions, then I researched and produced my self-help kit Calming Words for
YOU. Even if you’re having weekly or twice-weekly specialist help, Calming Words will be a great friend to you. A helping
hand.
Do you just need to de-stress? Answer these questions to see.
Is it almost impossible for you to concentrate on any topic for more
than a few minutes?
Is it difficult for you to get to sleep? When you do eventually nod
off, do you keep waking up until it’s time to get up? And by then, are you more tired than when you went to bed?
Are you keen to eliminate anxiety, panic attacks and/or
phobias from your daily life?
Do you sometimes feel so overwrought that you wonder how you’ll go on?
Or why you should even bother?
SEX? Are you too tired to even think about sex? Let alone actually
enjoy it?
Do you overeat to make you feel more relaxed, or to reward yourself
for surviving another stress-filled day?....Or
Have you lost your appetite – for food and life in general?
Do you find your moods change very quickly? Are your family commenting
on your grumpiness and negativity?
Is your life just plain and simple out of control?
If you answered YES to even two of those questions, then seek no more. You need Calming Words in your life.
The Calming Words self-help kit is guaranteed to de-stress anyone who needs
to chill out, calm down. And isn’t that all of us in the 21st century? Especially if we watch the evening news or listen to it on the radio!

There are many different paths from panic to peace.

So:
Calming Words is based on a number of my deeply felt assumptions.
People who have anxiety do not have an illness. They have
varied and interesting responses to situations. They don’t like those responses, and they want to minimise them, but that doesn’t mean that
they’re ill. The sooner we stop treating anxious responses as indicators of some malfunction, dis-order, the better we will deal with it.
All of those terms are unhelpful labels. I discuss in the e-book why I hold that view.
People need a mix and match approach to everything in life.
There is no one route INTO anxiety, panic attacks and phobias, no one cause.
Therefore, it makes absolute sense to accept that there is no one single route AWAY from panic attacks.
Every person must be given a range of strategies from which to
choose. One strategy on its own will work immediately for some people. Others will need to add little bits from a number of approaches to
get to their inner calm.
We all need to calm our bodies, minds and spirits.
Throughout Calming Words I unashamedly promote the benefits of meditation. In fact, I’ve made meditation a cornerstone of your
journey from anxiety and panic to peace and calm. I am making the claim that you will recover quicker, and in a more complete way,
if you refresh your body’s depleted reserves of calmness through daily meditation. Like the car battery that needs recharging, our
reserves of calm become depleted and need a recharge.
I am so sure that Calming Words will do everything I claim that I offer a no-questions-asked, money back guarantee. After using
the tools in the Calming Words self-help kit for six weeks, you will be overjoyed to know that you can face life without fearing
your fears.
I give you twice that long to decide whether or not you’re totally satisfied that you have your money’s worth, that Calming Words
was everything you hoped, and more.
You are part of your own solution to your problems
The skills you need to overcome your worst panic attack are so breathtakingly simple that all you’ll need is to be able to read. You are
resourceful enough to do the rest.
In fact, if you are like most people with anxiety, you are blessed with great intelligence and a very vivid imagination.
The practical exercises in Calming Words will lead you subtly and easily to a calmer self.
Sections within Calming Words e-book
Although presented separately, each section relates to, and builds on, the others.
Section One: Concepts of Calm
Being calm helps us to achieve at our optimum
Section Two: The Foundations to Calming Words
In about twenty pages of text and two short MP3 files, this section teaches you the benefits and techniques of deep, diaphragmatic breathing and
daily meditation. Meditation is the single most powerful antidote to stress, anxiety and panic attacks, bar none. Even if you don’t have anxiety
beyond a normal healthy level of it, you will find meditation an energising and healthful addition to your day. Secondly, with my short guided
meditation even the most edgy and highly strung person will relax.
Section Three: Products that help you to meditate deeply
In Section Three, I provide information which I hope will inspire you to investigate the
Insight CD via the Immrama Institute website:
Immrama Institute That very affordable CD helps you to meditate by using binaural beats set against the blissfully
peaceful sound of falling rain.
Just as wonderful but in a different way, I draw your attention to the
Silva UltraMind System website. That website and the programs it offers is about what you
will do after you have released yourself from stress, anxiety and panic. It looks at your optimum potential and indeed, your life’s purpose, via
the FR*EE nine lesson course offered through:
Silva UltraMind System
Section Four: The Great Things about Being YOU
In this section, I make sure that you put your anxiety into the proper perspective. It’s only one, small, part of the wonderful, talented,
amusing person, you are.
Section Five: Program to manage anxiety and panic attacks
Comprehensive and detailed ways to examine anxiety. This section applies the deep breathing and meditation skills you learned in Section Two, to
guide you step-by-step from your greatest fear: - that of fear itself. The strategies teach you to unmask your deepest fears, so that you can
see your own role in reacting and then in eliminating, those fears.
Section Six:
Emotional Freedom Techniques™
For me, this Section is VERY exciting. I’d go so far as to say it’s the most exciting.
This more recently developed therapy
Emotional Freedom Techniques™ has proved to be highly effective in instantly removing anxiety. Its inclusion in
Calming Words complements the time-honoured and more conventional approaches to managing fear, panic attacks and anxiety.
Although
Emotional Freedom Techniques™ (EFT) was not devised solely to overcome fear and anxiety, the results have been
outstanding. I provide a brief overview of EFT and suggest that you go to
www.emofree.com to download the FREE manual written by Gary Craig, the developer of EFT.
And a number of other sections on nutrition and calm, mediations and herbal remedies which help you on your journey to calm; and pages of
resources for you to follow up.
So, here is your chance to start your journey out of panic to peace and calm. And remember you risk nothing.
