Dear Webmaster,

I've spent hours on the Internet searching for an Article Management script that would let me have an Article Directory of my own. And have it set up the way I wanted it. AND be easy to install!

Do you think I could find one that was usable - at a reasonable cost? Not a chance! I'd find one, spend the money for it, and then not be able to get it installed - or get help from the owner to help me.

So I said, "To heck with it!" and hired someone to create one for me -- exactly to my specifications.

Now, I'm not going to try to give you a lot of "Features" translated into "Benefits." If you've been looking for an Article Management system, you already know what you want! And I'm not going to provide a bunch of bonuses because I'm already selling this at WAY below its worth!

Here is what the Article Organizer does:

• Easy to install. This was my first criteria. I know (as does everyone who knows me) what a mental block I have when it comes to installing scripts. It has its own installer provided. Even I can install this one!

• Login and Session protected Administrator (Owner) Panel.

• The Administration Panel is browser based so you can access it from any computer.

• Allows you to have "Last Added" article headlines appear on the Home page of your website - any number from top 5 to top 10 (or however many you want). 

• Search Engine (keyword) optimized. Keywords are added to each article so that article will be optimized as soon as it is approved for submission.

• Full installation/users documentation provided. Nothing is taken for granted - suitable for a complete "newbie" webmaster.

• You can install on as many websites as you wish! You will find if you do some research, that most scripts only allow installation on one website. You do NOT have the right to sell this script.

Visitors

• Visitors can easily browse categories and sub-categories according to their interests.

• Visitors can search for articles using keyword search box.

• Rating system allows website visitors to rate articles.

• Allows your website visitors to submit their own articles on your site.

• Visitors have the option to email it to a friend (or themselves!)

Administration

• Template system allows your Article Directory to have the same colors and "look and feel" of your existing website.

• Unlimited Categories - AND sub-categories! Never again be limited to categories that a script has built into it. Admin can add, edit or delete any category or sub-category.

• Email Notification System sends you an email each time an author  submits an article.

• "View" all of your registered members/authors.

• "Email" an Author with one click on his/her name to bring up an "Edit Email" form.

• Allows deletion of authors.

• View all articles in the directory. You have full control over whether or not you want to accept a specific article. Or you can have the system handle automatic approval of articles.

• Add your own articles from the Administration Panel.

• Banner Manager allows you to put banners (skyscraper only) or Google Adsense ads on your article pages.

Authors

• Registration system so that Authors must register before they submit their articles.

• Authors have their own control panel. They can edit their profile, see a list of articles that they have added, and add, edit or delete their own articles.

• Authors can upload a photo of themselves to appear in their profile.

• Automatic Email messages are sent to authors when they register and another when they are approved for membership.

• "Forgot Password" system sends a message with the correct password when they enter their user name in the Forgot Password form.

• Automatic Email messages are sent to authors when their article is approved (or denied).

• Articles do not have to be uploaded in HTML format. They are typed into a form, or they can be "copied and pasted" from an existing document.
