Hey,
we've
all been there. Coming up with
fresh, exciting new ideas to promote to your list can often be a

Wow,
Dan, EXCELLENT! I found lots of good points and ideas. I keep saying
I’m going to do a newsletter but the real estate world is a
little different; unless you work with investors, you usually help
somebody buy or sell a house and then if you ever hear from them again
it’s in like ten years! Realtors mainly use hard copy
newsletters with general info to attract one-time clients, but even
those I would have to do myself because the canned ones offered by the
franchises have articles on snowblower maintenance and stuff.
You
